>>This is a whole new friend who is cheerful, and full of crap here.. I simply love to meet new friends of many different interests and characters.! Friends are just so cool.! They form the basis of life, and serve as like-minded spirits who fill our empty hearts within.! Imagine living a life with no friends at all! That's gonna be so damn miserable.. So, if you're out there thinking the same way how i'm thinking right now, do come forth and be my friend!! Great friendship guarranteed. Nice to meet u!=)

ICEP's over, and yearnings glide across oceans.

The International Cadet Exchange Programme (ICEP) 2007 was finally over on the 12th December 2007 with the sending off of the last batch of UK cadets (woe to Shi Hao! haha.=P). Prior to that, on the previous day, gifts, hugs, last words, tears, and forced laughter were exchanged fervently amongst the Australian, Brunei, Hong Kong, Indian, Thailand, New Zealander, USA and Singaporean Cadets in Changi International Airport, switching between terminals constantly.

SO, why the late update now?!

Erm, not exactly late, but sometimes the human body requires a longer-than-usual hibernation period right after a major event in one's lifespan, and for my case, it is 5 days! hahaha. (Hey, considering that i actually went through a super grilling Air Force Pilot Computerised Selection test on Friday, that's not being a lazy bone and getting excessive sleep!) Hmmm i would applaude my Singaporean friends at the ICEP who managed to post on their blogs just a couple of days after the event, or even more "hiong", right after! Ok i'll now admit i was just being lazy with some guilt.

ICEP 2007 was a truly meaningful programme.

I am really thankful to be able to go through these days with so many newfound international friends before leaving the NCC and entering National Service! And truly, i miss every single person in ICEP, local and overseas, and the days we spent together in Singapore-visiting the places of interest, SHOPPING, messing around with the rubix cube, talking crap, singing, being playful on the MRT train, and staying every night in the fateful SISPEC (School of Infantry Specialists) in Pasir Laba Camp!

I definitely miss deeply all of my New Zealand friends, whom i was supposed to take care of in the course-Trae, Joshua, Allan, JAMES (not me, but an even more playful one), Thomas (HARRY POTTER!), Captain Allan Plaisted, Chris (happy birthday once again!), Jamie, Tracey, Keryn, and Jayde. They're truly a humorous batch and really carefree people who surprisingly--i think--took more care of me than i of them!

Hmmm as i'm rushing for Meet the People's Session now, i'll let the pictures do the talking first and post more updates at a later time. =P

OH WAIT! I'm SERIOUSLY RUNNING LATE!!!

Haha ok i'll post the pictures TONIGHT. Needy residents are waiting!!

Until then,
Best wishes! =)
